Why We Handle Returns Through Our International Warehouse
To ensure efficient processing and sustainability, all returns are handled through our dedicated warehouse in China. This allows us to streamline logistics, reduce waste, and process refunds and exchanges faster, ensuring you get the best service possible.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or color! Simply send us an email at contact.hushathlete@gmail.com and let us know your preferred replacement. If the requested item is in stock, we will ship it out once we receive your return.
Returns Eligibility
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange an item.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned.
- If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us before returning it.
