Our products are currently only available in most of European countries, The UK, The United States and Australia/New Zealand. Make sure to check at checkout if your country is available. Keep an eye on our socials to be notified when shipping to your country is available
How long does it take to get my products?
We're committed to delivering your parcel through the best carrier and service available in your country. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order. Once shipped you'll receive a tracking link via e-mail, and you can follow the estimated delivery timeline below. Usually it takes 5-8 business days to receive your order. Keep in mind that delivery times are approximate.
Why does the currency change to EUR at checkout?
Our website displays prices in your local currency for convenience. However, at checkout, all orders are processed in EUR. This ensures a smooth and secure transaction. Your bank or payment provider will handle any necessary currency conversion. This does not make your purchase more expensive—your total amount remains the same, just converted to EUR at the standard exchange rate.
How do I track my order?
When you place an order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with all the details you need to track it. This email will include a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can follow the progress of your package. If for some reason you're unable to track your order, don't worry! There may be a delay in the updates being reflected on the carrier's website. If you're still unable to track your order or have any other concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. Why are orders shipped from our international warehouse?
To ensure efficient global shipping and streamlined logistics, all orders are shipped from our international warehouse in China. This allows us to manage inventory more effectively and deliver high-quality products worldwide. Rest assured, we work with trusted shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible.
I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
If you realize the mistake shortly after placing your order, contact our customer support team immediately. The sooner you reach out, the better the chances of correcting the address before the order is shipped. If your order has already been processed or dispatched and you're unable to update the address through our customer support team, contact the shipping carrier directly. Depending on the carrier's policies, you may be able to request a package redirection or rerouting to the correct address. This often involves an additional fee and is subject to carrier approval.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We understand that circumstances may change, but our commitment to quick processing means we're already working diligently to prepare your order for shipment as soon as it's received. Therefore, we kindly ask our customers to contact our customer support immediately so that we can hopefully still follow your request.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Our return policy is outlined on the website. Please make sure to review it before returning an item. Returns must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
How do I return an item?
- Contact Us at contact.hushathlete@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Securely pack your item and include a copy of your order confirmation.
- Please return your items to our warehouse. Full details are available in our refund policy.
How long does a refund take?
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse we process it within 10 working days. Please note that it can take up to 3 days before the refund is visible on your bank account.
Can I make an exchange?
We offer exchanges for a different size or color! Simply send us an email at contact.hushathlete@gmail.com and let us know your preferred replacement. If the requested item is in stock, we will ship it out once we receive your return.
What if I received the wrong item?
If you received the wrong item, please contact our support team with your order details, and we’ll make it right as soon as possible!

How do I find the right size?
All our products have their own size chart and a recommended fit guide to help you find the perfect size. Check the product page for detailed measurements and fit recommendations!
Do you offer gift cards?
At the moment, we don't offer gift cards, but we're excited to announce that they will be available in the future! Stay tuned for updates, and we'll let you know when you can start purchasing them. Once available, you’ll be able to choose your desired amount, personalize the gift card, and send it directly to the recipient’s email inbox, where they’ll receive instructions on how to redeem it.
What materials do you use?
We use different types of materials for each of our products. If you want to know what is used in the product you are interested in, you can find all the materials in the description of the product.
How do I take care of my product?
We recommend cold washing the product inside out up to 30° degrees and hang dry them. We do not recommend tumble drying. If you are still unsure, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Support at contact.hushathlete@gmail.com.
When are you releasing new products?
We are a starting brand and are looking forward to be able to make new pieces for you. Make sure to subscribe to our email-list to get notified when we release new products.
